What type of payment do you accept?

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal.

Is this a secure site?

Yes, the site is secured with a SSC certificate. I do not have access to your credit card information, as it  goes directly to the payment provider (Paypal or Swipe).

When will I receive my order?

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on delivery service and location.

DAO: 2-4 days
Post Nord letter: up to 5 days
Post Nord quick letter or package: 1 day

Post Nord: 2-3 days
DAO: 4-10 days

Outside of EU
Post Nord: usually 10-15 days

What if I haven't received my order yet?

Expected delivery times are listed above. The listed shipping times are based on information from the delivery services. Each delivery service is responsible for timely delivery. I cannot prevent delays by delivery services, but my customers’ satisfaction is very important to me. Please feel free to contact me if your package is delayed, and I can investigate the situation.

Can I receive a refund?

Returns are allowed up to 14 days after delivery. Please contact me if you need help returning your product. The product should be returned in new condition, and you are responsible for return shipping costs. Once I receive the product, I will issue a full refund (minus shipping costs). Personalized products are non-refundable.

Personalized products
Personalized products are made-to-order and are therefore non-refundable. If you have any questions or concerns about how a personalized product will look, please contact me before placing your order. I am here to help, and I would hate for you to receive a product you are not happy with.

Damaged items
Items can sometimes be damaged in the mail. If you have received a damaged item, please let me know as soon as possible (no later than 3 days after delivery). Take a photo of the item, along with the damaged packaging and send the photos to me. This will allow for me to make a damage claim to the delivery service. Once I receive your photos, I will quickly get a replacement item in the mail for you.
