Returns are allowed up to 14 days after delivery. Please contact me if you need help returning your product. The product should be returned in new condition, and you are responsible for return shipping costs. Once I receive the product, I will issue a full refund (minus shipping costs). Items can sometimes be damaged in the mail. If you have received a damaged item, please let me know as soon as possible (no later than 3 days after delivery). Take a photo of the item, along with the damaged packaging and send the photos to me. This will allow for me to make a damage claim to the delivery service. Once I receive your photos, I will quickly get a replacement item in the mail for you.
